OVERVIEW
This web study analyzes the Landmark Cinemas website, a platform for browsing movies, booking tickets, and promoting cinema-related offers in Canada. The website features a modern and clean design, using bold visuals and a minimal aesthetic to showcase current and upcoming films. While the interface appears polished, the user experience is limited by a lack of intuitive browsing features, accessibility tools, and responsive interactions. This study focuses on identifying design strengths and usability issues, with suggestions for improving user flow, accessibility, and engagement.

Problem / Analysis
The original Landmark Cinemas website, while visually clean and modern, lacks user-friendly features that support efficient browsing and accessibility. Users cannot easily search or filter movies, the booking flow is unclear, and key actions rely heavily on color without accessibility support. These issues create friction in the user experience, especially for new visitors or those with specific needs, making the site less effective than it could be.
